On Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at approximately 10:34am, patrols responded to Robbinsville Police Department and took custody of Devin N. Kennedy, 27-year-old male, single, self-employed and resident of Hightstown, NJ. Mr. Kennedy had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $2,000.00. Mr. Kennedy was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy was the arresting officer.
On Monday, October 26, 2020, at approximately 4:00pm, patrols responded to a residence located on McCaffery Road in reference to a report of Harassment. The victim, a 68-year-old Manalapan resident, advised that an unknown actor(s) had been harassing her on her property. Patrolman Philip Accatatta handled the report.

On Sunday, October 25, 2020 at approximately 11:02pm, the victim, a 57-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that after a dispute over a payment to a private company, the known subject made a threatening phone call to the resident. This incident is currently under investigation. Patrolman Brian Schank took the report.
On Saturday, October 24, 2020, at approximately 7:50pm, Patrolman Ryan Brady conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, Taquaiza Smith, a 24-year-old female, single, employed as a warehouse operator and resident of Newark, NJ was found to have warrants that were issued for her arrest by the Newark Municipal Court in the amount of $850.00. Ms. Smith was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she
was processed and released after being served with several summonses. Patrolman Ryan Brady was the arresting officer.

On Saturday, October 24, 2020, at approximately 7:30am, Patrolman James Guarino responded to a residence located on Lincolnshire Drive for a report of a suspicious male subject occupying a vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the subject in the vehicle was identified as Joseph Goepel, a 34-year-old male, unemployed and resident of Staten Island, NY was found to be in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Mr. Goepel was placed under arrest and
transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with a summons. Patrolman James Guarino was the arresting officer.
On Friday, October 23, 2020, at approximately 8:20pm, the victim, a 55-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that on October 21, 2020, an unknown actor used the victim’s personal information to make a withdrawal from his bank account. This incident is currently under investigation. Patrolman Jeff Emslie handled the report.
On Friday, October 23, 2020, at approximately 5:57pm, Brandon Rodriguez, a 21-year-old male, married, employed as an equipment operator and resident of Manalapan, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Court in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Rodriguez was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeff Emslie was the arresting officer.
On Thursday, October 22, 2020, at approximately 5:36pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Old Queens Blvd. in reference to a report of Terroristic Threats. The victim, an 18-year-old Manalapan resident advised that they were, threatened at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Manalapan Township. This incident is pending complaints with the Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.
On Thursday, October 22, 2020, at approximately 11:11am, the victim, a 76-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that between October 5, 2020 and October 21, 2020 he paid a fraudulent computer customer support company to repair his computer. This incident is currently under investigation. On Thursday, October 22, 2020, at approximately 9:30am, patrols responded to a residence located on Wilson Avenue in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 38-year-old Manalapan resident, advised that an unknown actor(s) entered his shed and residence and removed various items. This incident is pending further investigation. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report.
On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 4:31pm, the victim, a 47-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Identity Theft. The victim advised that unknown actor(s) obtained the victim’s personal information and filed for a loan in his name. This incident is currently under investigation. On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 1:00pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Derek Court in reference to a report of a Burglary to a Motor Vehicle. The victim, a 47-year-old Manalapan resident advised that on October 21, 2020 at approximately 6:07am, she observed on her doorbell video
footage, an unknown actor(s) gained entry to her unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway and also attempted to gain entry to a second vehicle which was locked and parked in the driveway but were unsuccessful. This incident is pending investigation. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy handled the report.
On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 1:00pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Derek Court in reference to a report of a Burglary to a Motor Vehicle. The victim, a 76-year-old Manalapan resident advised that sometime during the overnight hours of October 21, 2020, an unknown actor(s) gained entry to her unlocked vehicle and rummaged through the center console. This incident is pending investigation. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy handled the report.
On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 1:00pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Derek Court in reference to a report of an Attempted Burglary. The victim, 74-year-old Manalapan resident advised that sometime during the overnight hours of October 21, 2020, an unknown actor(s) attempted to gain entry to his garage but was unsuccessful. On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 11:14am, patrols responded to a residence located on Glen Wood Court in reference to a report of an Attempted Burglary to a Motor Vehicle. The victim, a 56-year-old resident of Manalapan advised that on October 21, 2020, at approximately 5:00am, he observed on his residential video surveillance system an unknown subject attempting to enter two of his vehicles parked in his driveway. The subject was
not successful in entering the vehicles due to them being locked. This incident is

On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 10:46am, patrols responded to a residence located on Glen Wood Court in reference to a report of a Burglary to a Motor Vehicle. The victim, a 40-year-old resident of Manalapan advised that sometime during the overnight hours of October 21, 2020, an unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and removed various personal items. This incident is pending investigation. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report.
On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at approximately 8:40pm, Patrolman Jeremy Slad conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, Antonio Rodriguez, a 24-year-old male, single, self-employed and resident of Staten Island, NY, had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the East Windsor Municipal Court in the amount of $630.00. Mr. Rodriguez was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after
posting bail. Patrolman Jeremy Slad was the arresting officer.
On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at approximately 3:19pm, the victim, a 62-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that she has been harassed by her female neighbor for the past several months. The resident was advised of the complaint procedure. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.
On Monday, October 19, 2020, at approximately 1:35pm, patrols responded to a grocery store located on State Highway 9 in reference to a report of Theft. Further investigation revealed that a 74-year old male, resident PA was observed loading merchandise into shopping bags and left the store without paying. The subject was subsequently stopped and identified by store loss
prevention and criminal charges are forthcoming. Patrolman Jeffrey Emslie handled the report.
On Monday, October 19, 2020, at approximately 11:00am, the victim, a 25-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters in reference to a report of Fraud. The victim advised that an unknown actor(s) attempted to make a fraudulent on-line purchase on her debit card account. The transaction was canceled before money was removed. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report.
On Monday, October 19, 2020, at approximately 10:39am, the victim, a 70-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters in reference to a report of Terroristic Threats. The victim advised that a neighbor made a threat of violence towards him as part of an ongoing neighbor dispute. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.
On Sunday, October 18, 2020, at approximately 9:23am, the victim, a 68-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters in reference to a report of Theft/Fraud. The victim advised that he was contacted by an unknown subject who fraudulently identified himself as a representative of the victim’s place of employment. The victim further advised that he later provided the unknown subject with his personal information which resulted in funds being fraudulently removed from his account. Patrolman James Guarino
handled the report.
On Saturday, October 17, 2020 at approximately 12:05pm, Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33 for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, Terrance Prince II, a 28-year-old male, single, self-employed and resident of West Chester, PA, was found to be operating a stolen motor vehicle from Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Prince was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle,
processed and released after being served with a summons and multiple motor vehicle summonses. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
On Saturday, October 17, 2020 at approximately 10:23am, patrols responded to a residence located on Essex Circle in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 55-year-old Colts Neck resident, advised that while his company was conducting work at the residence, an unknown subject driving a white Dodge Ram pickup truck unlawfully removed two back pack blowers valued at approximately $1,150 from the work site. On Friday, October 16, 2020, at approximately 3:09pm, the victim, a 59-year-old resident of Highland Park, NJ responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters in reference to a report of Theft. The victim advised that he lost his wallet while shopping in a business located on State Highway 9, in Manalapan. The wallet was later recovered with cash missing from it. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.
On Friday, October 16, 2020, at approximately 4:53pm, the victim, a 21-year-old Howell resident reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that he was harassed over social media by a 34-year-old Manalapan resident. The victim was advised of the complaint process. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.
On Thursday, October 15, 2020, at approximately 10:18am, patrols responded to a residence located on Forest Drive in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 56-year-old Manalapan resident advised that sometime between April and October 2020, foreign currency was unlawfully removed from his residence. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman Reginald Grant handled the report.
On Thursday, October 15, 2020, at approximately 2:03am, patrols responded to Thompson Grove Road in reference to a report of Criminal Attempt. Further investigation revealed that an unknown actor(s) attempted to enter the victim’s locked vehicle but was unsuccessful. This case is pending further investigation. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the report.
On Thursday, October 14, 2020, at approximately 11:55pm, Patrolman Kyle
Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that the passenger, Jonathan Danilov, a 27-year-old male, single, full time student and resident of Brooklyn, NY, was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Danilov was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after
being served with a summons. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the arresting officer.
On Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at approximately 9:15pm, Patrolman Jeremy Slad conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that a passenger, Rushil Patel, a 19-year-old male, single, employed as a mechanic and resident of Manchester, NJ, was found to be in possession of Marijuana under 50 grams. Mr. Rushil was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he
was processed and released after being served with a summons. Patrolman Jeremy Slad was the arresting officer.
On Wednesday, October, 15, 2020 at approximately 5:30pm, the victim, a 50-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that an unknown actor(s) obtained the victims personal information and attempted to open up a line of credit and to receive unemployment benefits using the victim’s name. This incident is currently under investigation. Patrolman Charles Alaimo
