MANALAPAN, NJ — Released by Manalapan police, and unedited by Patch, here are all the arrests and calls for service Oct. 9 through Oct. 15, 2017:
Burglary to a Motor Vehicle
On Friday, October 13, 2017 at 3:53 p.m., a 36-year-old female Manalapan resident reported that sometime during the early morning hours her unlocked vehicle was burglarized while parked in the driveway of a Neal Drive residence. A laptop computer valued at $400 and $2.00 in loose change were reported missing from the vehicle. Anyone with any further information regarding this case is asked to please contact the Manalapan Township Police Department. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report, which is pending further investigation.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday, October 13, 2017, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on US 33 in Manalapan Township. Mark Peebles, a 32-year-old, unmarried, male, resident of Camden, NJ, who is employed as a laborer, was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Somerdale Borough Municipal Court in the amount of $255.00. Mr. Peebles was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released.

Criminal Attempt
On Thursday, October 12, 2017 at approximately 4:30 p.m., a 74-year-old Manalapan resident responded to the Manalapan Township Police Headquarters to report that an unknown individual sent him a fake check to purchase an item listed on Craigslist. The check was identified as a fake and there was no monetary loss for the victim. Patrolman Brian Schank handled the report.
Harassment
On Thursday, October 12, 2017, at approximately 3:07 p.m., a 68-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that an unknown actor made harassing remarks on the victim’s Facebook account. Patrolman Peter Bylsma handled the report.

Criminal Mischief
On October 12, 2017, at approximately 10:01 a.m., a 23-year-old female Manalapan resident and a 23-year-old female Keyport resident reported that during the overnight hours their vehicles had been vandalized while parked in the driveway of a Kipling Road residence. Tires on both of the victim’s vehicles were slashed. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky is handling the investigation.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday October 11, 2017, at approximately 12:00 a.m., Tiffany Foxx, a 33-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, resident of Plainsboro, was arrested by the Woodbridge Police Department regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski responded to Woodbridge Police Department and transported Ms. Foxx to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in lieu of bail.
Identity Theft
On Wednesday October 11, 2017, at approximately 8:30 a.m., a 67-year-old resident of Manalapan responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that an unknown actor(s) opened a Verizon Wireless account without his authorization, resulting in charges totaling $117.38. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report.
Vandalism
On October 10, 2017, at approximately 9:27 p.m., a 25-year-old male Englishtown Borough resident, reported that his vehicle had been vandalized while parked in the parking lot of the Yorktown Shopping Center, located at 300 Gordon’s Corner Road. The vehicle had been wrapped in plastic wrap, and had writing in paint on
the windows. The incident occurred between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., and is pending further investigation. Patrolman Douglas Zike handled the report.
Terroristic Threats/Road Rage
On October 10, 2017, at approximately 12:10 p.m., a 41-year-old Morganville resident reported a road rage incident involving a 45-year-old Teaneck resident, with both parties reporting that they were threatened by the other. This incident is pending the signing of private complaints. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis took
the report.
