MANALAPAN, NJ — From Sept. 18 through Sept. 24, here are all the arrests made and calls for service in Manalapan Township, as released by Manalapan Township police:

Warrant Arrest
On Sunday, September 24, 2017, at approximately 6:51 p.m., Patrolman Christopher Makwinski conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 for a traffic violation. The driver, Brian White, a married 48-year-old Freehold Borough resident was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended drivers license and to have an outstanding traffic warrant from East Orange for $250. Brian White placed under arrest and transported to headquarters, where he was processed and released after posting bail.

Warrant Arrest
On Friday, September 22, 2017, at approximately 1:40 p.m., Michael Arway, a 25-year-old, unmarried, self-employed, resident of Freehold Township turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Hillside Municipal Court in the amount of
$250.00. Mr. Arway was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Charles Mazzatto handled the arrest.

Warrant Arrest
On Friday, September 22, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on Pension Road. The driver, Jeffrey Row, a 23-year-old, unmarried, resident of Freehold Township, who is employed as a mechanic, was found to have warrants issued for his arrest by the Howell
Township Municipal Court in the amount of $750.00 and the Ocean Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Row was placed under arrest and transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano handled
the arrest.

Simple Assault
On Thursday, September 21, 2017, at approximately 2:45 p.m., a physical confrontation occurred on Annapolis Drive between a 19-year-old Manalapan resident and a 34-year-old South River resident, resulting in minor injuries to both subjects. Both subjects reported that the other was the aggressor. Neither subject has chosen to pursue complaints at this time. Patrolman Bryan Belardo handled the report.

Warrant Arrest

On September 20, 2017 at approximately 9:40 p.m., Austin Mongiello, a 28-year-old, single male, Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Police Department to turn himself in on an $89.00 warrant out of the Manalapan Municipal Court. Mongiello was processed and released after posting cash bail. Ptl. Brian Schank handled the arrest.

Warrant Arrest
On September 20, 2017 at approximately 11:43 a.m. Patrolman Jeff Emslie conducted a motor vehicle stop on Kinney Road. During the stop, the driver identified as Andrew McKinstrie, a 30-year-old single Manalapan Township resident currently employed as a store manager, was found to have a traffic warrant out of Manalapan Municipal Court for $1000.00. McKinstrie was arrested, transported to headquarters, where he was processed and released after posting bail. Ptl. Emslie handled the arrest.

Fraud
On September 19, 2017, at approximately 8:32 p.m., a 24-year-old Manalapan resident responded to the Manalapan Township Police Department in reference to a report of fraud. The victim reported that an individual had been attempting to apply for credit cards in his name. The suspect has been identified and this
incident is pending complaints. Patrolman Douglas Zike handled the report.

Warrant Arrest
On September 18, 2017 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Patrolman Bryan Belardo conducted a motor vehicle stop on Union Hill Road in the area of Pension Road. During the stop the driver, Liam Casey, a 43-year-old single unemployed Manalapan resident, was found to have a traffic warrant out of the Manalapan Municipal Court for $290.00. Casey was arrested and transported to headquarters, where he was processed and released after he posted bail. Ptl. Belardo handled the arrest.
