Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at approximately 9:39pm, patrols responded to the Cranbury Police Department and took custody of a 66-year-old, male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan. He had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $750. He was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Peter Bylsma was the arresting officer.
Harassment
On Monday, September 16, 2019, at approximately 11:49pm, patrols responded to a residence on Meadow Green Circle in reference to a report of Harassment. The victim, a 61-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that she is being harassed by her neighbor. Patrolman Jared Coupland was the responding officer.

Harassment
On Monday, September 16, 2019, at approximately 6:24pm, patrols responded to a residence on Stratford Drive in reference to a report of Harassment. The victim, a 49-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that she is being verbally harassed by her neighbor. Patrolman Ryan Brady was the responding officer.

Theft of Services
On Monday, September 16, 2019, at approximately 2:07pm, patrols responded to a business located on State Highway 9 in reference to a report of Theft of Services. The property manager advised that sometime between September 15, 2019 and September 16, 2019, an unknown actor dumped debris in the garbage dumpsters located at the property. Patrolman Jeff Emslie was the responding officer.
Harassment
On Monday, September 16, 2019, at approximately 11:33am, the victim, a 58-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Lexington Drive responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters in reference to a report of Harassment. The victim advised that a known subject has been harassing the victim since June 2019. Patrolman Charles Alaimo was the responding officer.
Defiant Trespass
On Monday, September 16, 2019, at approximately 9:12am, patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in reference to the report of a subject trespassing. The subject a 52-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ was found to be in violation of a trespassing order. He was issued a summons for defiant trespassing. Officer Jean Letts was the responding officer.
Driving While Intoxicated
On Sunday, September 15, 2019, at approximately 7:37pm, patrols responded to the area of Union Hill Road in reference to the report of a one car motor vehicle accident. The driver, a 60-year-old male, single, employed as a garbage collector, and resident of Manalapan, NJ was found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with multiple summonses. Patrolman Ryan Brady was the arresting officer.

On Sunday, September 15, 2019, at approximately 11:06am, patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in reference to the report of a subject trespassing. The subject, a 68-year-old male, single, unemployed, and resident of Manalapan, NJ was found to be in violation of a trespassing order. He was issued a summons for defiant trespassing. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis was the responding officer.

On Saturday, September 14, 2019, at approximately 3:18pm, patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in reference to the report of a subject trespassing. The subject, a 68-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ was found to be in violation of a
trespassing order. He was issued a summons for defiant trespassing. Patrolman Doug Zike was the responding officer.
Criminal Mischief
On Saturday, September 14, 2019, at approximately 12:47pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Saint Andrews Place in reference to a report of Criminal Mischief. The victim, a 56-year-old Manalapan, NJ residence resident advised that sometime between 7:00pm on September 13, 2019 and 12:45pm on September 14, 2019, an unknown actor smashed the windshield of her vehicle, described as a 2017 Audi A6. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis was the responding officer.
Motor Vehicle Theft
On Friday, September 13, 2019, at approximately 7:47pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Wilson Avenue in reference to the report of a Motor Vehicle Theft. The victim, a 38-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that sometime after 5:00pm on September 13, 2019, his vehicle was stolen from the driveway of his residence. The vehicle is described as a green 1994 Ford Mustang. The vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside. The incident was handled by Patrolman Christopher Makwinski and is pending further investigation.
Theft of Property
On Thursday, September 12, 2019, at approximately 4:21pm, the victim, a 58-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Tuppence Road responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that between August 21, 2019 and August 25, 2019, an unknown actor removed a delivered package valued at $300.00 from the victim’s front yard area. Patrolman Peter Bylsma was the responding officer.
Fraud
On Thursday, September 12, 2019, at approximately 2:03pm, the victim, a 58-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Shira Lane responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that on July 13, 2019, an unknown actor entered a commercial bank in New York and attempted to access the victim’s checking account. Patrolman Jeff Emslie was the responding officer.
Burglary to a Motor Vehicle
On Thursday, September 12, 2019, at approximately 10:56am, patrols responded to a business located on State Highway 33 in reference to the report of a Burglary to a motor vehicle. The victim, a 54-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that sometime between September 10, 2019 and September 12, 2019, an unknown actor entered his unlocked vehicle while it was parked at the business and removed the radio. The incident was handled by Patrolman Scott Rindsberg and is pending further investigation.
Trespassing
Thursday, September 12, 2019, at approximately 7:23am, patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in reference to the report of a subject trespassing. The subject a 52-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ was found to be in violation of a trespassing order. He was issued a summons for defiant trespassing. Patrolman Scott Rindsberg was the responding officer.
Assault
On Thursday, September 12, 2019, at approximately 12:01am, patrols responded to a residence on Cross Slope Court in reference to the report of an Assault. The victim, a 38-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that he had engaged in a physical altercation with a 36-year-old subject from Farmingdale, NJ. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the responding officer.
Suspicious Incident
On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at approximately 8:43pm, patrols responded to a business located on State Highway 9 in reference to the report of a possible shoplifting. During the subsequent investigation, a 26-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Edison, NJ was arrested for Obstruction after he fled the area on foot. Patrolman Sean McCarthy was the arresting officer. Patrolman Aaron Abeles was the responding officer.
Warrant arrest
On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at approximately 9:00am, Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The passenger, a 37-year-old male, single, employed as a laborer and resident of Freehold, NJ was found to have a no bail warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Ocean County Superior Court. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to the Ocean County Sheriff's Department. Patrolman Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at approximately at 12:05am, Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, a 52-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Edison, NJ was found to have two warrants that were issued for her arrest: Wall Township Municipal Court in the
amount of $600.00, and the Newark Court in the amount of $200.00. The passenger of the vehicle, a 35-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Edison, NJ, was found to have three warrants that were issued for her arrest: Freehold Township Municipal Court in the amount of $3,500.00, the Edison Municipal Court in the amount of $400.00, and the Edison Municipal Court in the amount of $250.00. They were arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where they were processed. The first was released without bail as per the Wall
Township Court and the second was remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the arresting officer.
Terroristic Threat/Resisting Arrest/Obstruction
On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at approximately 2:54pm, Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis conducted a motor vehicle stop on Pease Road near Gordons Corner Road for a motor vehicle violation. The driver of the vehicle, a 39- year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ threatened to assault Patrolman Joseph Defilippis during the motor vehicle stop. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with a criminal summons and motor vehicle summonses. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis was the arresting officer.
Theft
On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at approximately 12:33pm, the victim, a 43-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Beagle Drive responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that on September 7, 2019, a known subject removed the victim’s jewelry from the residence. The incident was handled by Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis and is pending further investigation.
Fraud
On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at approximately 11:04am, the victim, a 79-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that in July of 2019, an unknown actor utilized the victim’s credit card and fraudulently completed charges totaling $894.04. The incident was handled by Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis and is pending further investigation.
Burglary/Criminal Mischief/Theft
Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at approximately 12:17am, patrols responded to a residence on Amberly Drive in reference to the report of a Burglary. The victim, a 95-year old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on September 10, 2019, at 12:10am, an unknown actor forced entry to the victim’s residence through the front door and subsequently stole the victim’s prescription medication. The Manalapan Township Police Department Detective Bureau responded to the scene. The incident was handled by Patrolman Ryan Brady and is pending further investigation.
Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest
On Monday, September 9, 2019, at approximately 12:58am, patrols responded to a business located on Gordon’s Corner Road in reference to a subject being disorderly. The subject, a 46-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Old Bridge, NJ was found to be acting disorderly and he subsequently resisted arrest. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with a summons. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis was the arresting officer.
Theft
On Saturday, September 7, 2019, at approximately 12:53pm, patrols responded to a business located on Union Hill Road in reference to the report of a Theft. An employee of the business related that on September 7, 2019, an unknown subject entered the store and proceeded to remove $50.00 cash from the register when the cashier was not looking. The subject then fled the area. The incident was handled by Patrolman Anthony Cascella and is pending further investigation.
Criminal Mischief
On Saturday, September 7, 2019, at approximately 11:15am, the victim, a 53-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Pinetree Lane responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Criminal Mischief. The victim advised that in August of 2019, an unknown actor damaged the chain link fence at the victim’s residence by cutting it in several areas. Patrolman Chris Oleksy was the responding officer.
Terroristic Threats
On Friday, September 6, 2019, at approximately 5:51pm, patrols responded to a business located on State Highway 9 in reference to the report of Terroristic Threats. The victim, a 19-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that a known subject made threatening comments to him. Patrolman Peter Bylsma was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday, September 6, 2019, at approximately 3:00pm, patrols responded to an address located on Millhurst Road in reference to the report of a custody dispute. The involved party, a 45-year-old male, single, self-employed and resident of Phoenixville, PA had a no bail warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Secaucus Municipal Court. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to the Secaucus Police Department. Patrolman Matt Porricelli was the arresting officer.

On Thursday, September 5, 2019, at approximately 4:45pm, Patrolman Matthew Meyler conducted a motor vehicle stop on Iron Ore Road in the area of Daum Road. The driver, a 27-year-old male, single, employed as an iron worker and resident of Ewing, NJ, was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the East Windsor Municipal Court in the amount of $750. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Matthew Meyler was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at approximately 10:58am, patrols responded to the Monmouth County Courthouse and took custody of a 47-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident Windermere, FL. He had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan
Township Municipal Court in the amount of $5,000. He was processed and remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Jeff Emslie was the arresting officer.
Harassment
On Wednesday, September, 4, 2019, at approximately 10:20am, the victim, a 79-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that a known subject has been repeatedly phoning the victim and leaving voice mail messages. Patrolman Ross Dessel was the responding officer.
