Maple Syrup Festival, Wine Tour & More: This Weekend In Monmouth County

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — The weekend has officially arrived.

As February starts to come to an end and the spring season approaches, there are plenty of fun events planned around Monmouth County this weekend.

Whether you’re looking to try some farm-fresh maple syrup, see a play, take a wine tour, or do some local shopping, here are six local events you can check out:

Maple Syrup Festival

• Dates: Saturday & Sunday (+ other dates throughout February and March)
• Location: Happy Day Farm (106 Iron Ore Road, Manalapan)
• Details: Enjoy tours, farm-fresh maple syrup and more at Happy Day Farm’s Maple Syrup Festival. Tickets are required for those two years old and older.

A Doll’s House

• Dates: Saturday (with dates through March 15)
• Location: Two River Theater (21 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank)
• Details: Enjoy this reimagining of “A Doll’s House” in 1950s New Jersey, weaving Black culture into Henrik Ibsen’s classic play. Tickets required.

Life Of The Mardi: Bingo Brunch

• Date: Saturday
• Location: Asbury Ale House (531 Cookman Avenue, Asbury Park)
• Details: Join Asbury Ale House for Life Of The Mardi: Bingo Brunch, where brunch meets beads, bingo and big prizes. Tickets required.

Waves Of Wonder: Bubbly Brunch & Marine Carnival

• Date: Sunday
• Location: West Long Branch Community Center (116 Locust Avenue, West Long Branch)
• Details: Take part in marine-inspired activities, live music, brunch and more at Clean Ocean Action’s 42nd birthday at Waves Of Wonder: Bubbly Brunch & Marine Carnival. Tickets required.

Waterfront Wine Tour

• Date: Sunday
• Location: Grand Arcade at Convention Hall (1300 Ocean Avenue, Asbury Park)
• Details: Enjoy a guided wine sampling tour at four of Asbury Park’s waterfront restaurants. Tour guests will receive a signature “LOVE Asbury Park” wine glass as a keepsake of the experience. Tickets required.
