Be kind to your body and make healthy decisions regarding food.

March is “National Nutrition Month.” The goal of “National Nutrition Month” is to make everyone aware of the importance of making informed decisions regarding their food choices. Physical activity and good eating habits are vital ways of staying healthy. There are several ways to make sure you are eating healthy including varying your veggies with your meals, focus on eating more fruit, go lean with protein and choose calcium rich foods.
