Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce Announces Matawan Day and Food Festival 2015 Oct 3rd

Matawan : Saturday, October 3, 2015 (raindate Oct 4), Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce will be hosting Matawan Day and Food Festival, enabling visitors to experience a variety of food, crafts and entertainment by local restaurants, artisans and musicians from around the community and surrounding towns.

“Main Street, Matawan is turned into a spectacular promenade in which visitors can explore the offerings of more than 100 vendors,” said Cathy Zavorskas, past president of Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce. “Several vendors are annual participants to this event and have become favorites among residents and visitors of Matawan Day”.

Wonderful food selections, a beer and wine garden, free rides and entertainment are just part of the day’s offerings. Visitors are welcome to take a tour Burrowes Mansion courtesy of the Matawan Historical Society and to stop by any local business and non-profit organizations’ tables to learn about their services too.

The Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce will have an information table listing all the Matawan Day participants, their locations on Main Street , as well as information about future Chamber and Recreation Committee events.
