May is "National Physical Fitness and Sports Awareness Month". This is a good time of the year to recommit yourself to a healthy and active lifestyle. Regular physical activity is one good way to live a healthy lifestyle. Some examples of physical activity include walking, running, dancing, gardening, yoga, lifting weights and any kind of sport (i.e. soccer, basketball, football, etc.). By being physically active you will increase your life span, build stronger muscles and bones and decrease your chances of becoming depressed.
