MANALAPAN, NJ-- Manalapan Police need your help locating a missing man they say is "critical" to find.   Michael Coulanges, 30,was last seen Sept. 28 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center. Police say he allegedly then boarded a New Brunswick bound New Jersey Transit bus. Coulanges has a mental illness and is off his medication, according to police.    He was reported missing by staff at a group home after failing to return to the Route 33 facility following treatment at a regional hospital.      Coulanges is a 30-year-old male, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds. He has tied to Newark and New York.      Anyone with information about Coulanges whereabouts is asked to call Manalapan Police Department Detective Charles Alaimo at 732-446-8389.      Image via Manalapan PD
