Monmouth County Library System to Host Special Father’s Day Programs at Two Branches
Two branches of the Monmouth County Library System will be open on Sunday, June 21, for Father's Day.

Two branches of the Monmouth County Library System will be open on Sunday, June 21, for Father’s Day: the Eastern Branch in Shrewsbury and the Headquarters Branch in Manalapan, offering special themed programming for all ages.
Both branches will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. While library locations are typically closed on Father’s Day, the two branches will feature Father’s Day-themed crafts for children, along with a concert and Revolutionary War encampment activities for adults and families.
Children can participate in a drop-in craft at either branch. At Eastern Branch, children can Make Your Own Photo Frame. At Headquarters Branch, children can make a Pizza Slice: I Love You Craft.

At the Headquarters Branch, a Rev250 Encampment: Spend Father’s Day like a Founding Father program will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Families can experience Revolutionary War life through authentic reenactments as soldiers prepare for battle.
