Manalapan Store Sells $500K Winning Lottery Ticket

MANALAPAN, NJ — The Soda King in Manalapan sold a half-a-million-dollar lottery ticket, the New Jersey state lottery announced Monday morning.

The Soda King, at 300 Gordons Corner Road in Manalapan, sold the ticket that matched the winning numbers in the Saturday, July 22 drawing. The ticket matched all five numbers in the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot; the winning numbers were: 3, 5, 11, 13 and 37 and the XTRA number was 3. The winner has not come forward yet.

“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at Soda King. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket," said NJ Lottery Director Carole Hedinger.
