Narcan Training Course
Revive someone who is overdosing from opiates - Learn how to use narcan.
Training is open to anyone who is at risk of an opioid overdose or their family and friends. All participants will receive a treatment voucher for 30 days of free substance abuse treatment, at JSAS Healthcare, Inc., to use or distribute to any person that needs medication-assisted treatment. In addition, education will be provided on how to administer Narcan® (naloxone) to reverse a heroin/opioid overdose.
Training will take place in Manalapan Town Hall - 120 Freehold Road (Rt. 522), Manalapan, NJ 07726 on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 7:00 pm.
This training is co-sponsored by the Manalapan-Englishtown Community Alliance to Prevent Alcoholism and Drug Abuse and is limited to the first 25 participants on a “first come, first served” basis.
