Carmela H. Zuchelli, 88, of Manalapan, died on Sunday, September 9, 2012, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Brooklyn, she has resided in Manalapan for the past 22 years. She was a communicant of , Manalapan. Carmela was an administrative assistant for J.J. Henry & Company in Manhattan before retiring.
She was predeceased by her sister, Carrie Stropoli. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Daniel; her two children and their spouses, Carrie and David Parkin of Marlboro and Daniel and Joyce Zuchelli of Stamford, CT; her brother, John Massamillo; and five grandchildren, Lindsay and Jack Parkin and Daniel, Joseph and Stephen Zuchelli.
Family and friends may visit on Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM at , 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM at the funeral home.
