Obituary: Daniel O'Connell, 40

Daniel D. O’Connell, 40, of Manalapan, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 6, 2011. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he lived on Staten Island and in Freehold before moving to Manalapan 14 years ago.

He is survived by his wife, the former Sharon Siravo; his parents, William and Jo Ann O’Connell of Freehold Township; his brother and sister-in-law, David and Josephine of Howell; his sister and brother-in-law, Maria and Bruce Kapp Jr. of Staten Island; and three nephews, Bruce III, John and Michael.

Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, Dec. 9, from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. at the , 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Saturday, Dec. 10, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Freehold. Interment will be private.
