Plaza Team Forms at Coldwell Banker in Manalapan
Gail & Tara Plaza are first Mother Daughter Team at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Office
MANALAPAN, N.J. (Jan. 14, 2018) – Gail Plaza and her daughter Tara Plaza share a strong friendship and a bond over many interests – hiking, horror movies, rescuing cats – but their mutual passion for helping real estate clients buy and sell homes in New Jersey has led them to join forces as The Plaza Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marlboro/Manalapan. They are the first mother-daughter team ever affiliated with the office.
Gail and Tara are both true Jersey Girls, born and raised in the Garden State with an extensive knowledge of both Monmouth and Ocean counties and experience in Middlesex, Somerset, and Mercer counties, as well. These longtime Manalapan residents love exploring the outdoors and getting to know all that New Jersey and its shore towns have to offer.

“For years we brainstormed ways we could work together as a team, doing work we love,” said Gail. “Tara and I have both had previous careers in sales, marketing and public relations. Combined with our joy for living in New Jersey, real estate was a natural fit.”
“Finding someone their dream home and establishing a solid relationship with each client are true benefits of this career,” said Tara. “On top of that, I get to work with my best friend.”

“We firmly believe that two hearts and two brains are better than one,” added Gail. “Our clients are like family, and like family, we’ve got their backs.”
Both Gail and Tara are huge animal advocates, volunteering with local animal shelters, running fundraisers, and fostering cats. They’ve also each rescued three cats of their own: Bonnie, Clyde and Panda for Gail, and Donatello, Raphael and Leonardo for Tara (who is still looking for a Michelangelo).
