Stolen Car Abandoned in Manalapan
Someone reported an unknown car parked on Merlin Drive, which turned out to be stolen out of New York City.

MANALAPAN, NJ - A car that had been stolen out of New York City was abandoned last week in Manalapan Township, police reported.
Someone called police to Merlin Drive last Tuesday afternoon to report a possibly abandoned vehicle parked on the road. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky responded and a check of the vehicle's registration and license plates revealed it had been reported stolen out of New York City.
The car was impounded and the license plates were secured as evidence. The case is pending further investigation, Manalapan PD said.
