On Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at approximately 9:04am, patrols responded to a residence located on Cross Slope Court in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 62-year-old Manalapan resident advised that on January 18, 2021, an unknown actor(s) removed three packages from her front porch. This incident is currently under investigation. Patrolman Jeffrey Emslie handled the report.

On Monday, January 18, 2021, at approximately 10:31am, patrols responded to a shopping center located on State Highway 9 in reference to a report of Criminal Mischief. The victim, a 55-year-old resident of Manalapan advised that sometime between 9:30am and 10:15am, an unknown actor(s) scratched her vehicle while it was parked causing minor damage. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis handled the report.

On Sunday, January 17, 2021, at approximately 12:18pm, the victim, a 58-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident Fraud. The victim advised that he received a fraudulent driver’s license in the mail which contained his personal information. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report.

On Friday, January 15, 2021, at approximately 6:09pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Iron Ore Road in reference to a report of Criminal Mischief. The victim, a 72-year-old Manalapan resident advised that sometime between January 3 and January 15, 2021, an unknown actor(s) had caused damage to his house generator. This case is currently under investigation. patrols responded to a residence located on Patrolman Phillip Accatatta handled the report.

On Friday, January 15, 2021, at approximately 4:32pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Genesis Street in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 37-year-old Manalapan resident, advised that on January 12, 2021 an employee from a New Brunswick, NJ based business was completing work at her residence and had removed a set of jumper cables. Patrolman Phillip Accatatta handled the report.

On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at approximately 7:52pm, the victim, a 36-year-old East Windsor resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that he sold two items to a subject who proceeded to pay for the items using an online payment account. The accounts used to make the payments were ultimately
determined to be fraudulent. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report.

On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at approximately 9:34am, the victim, a 34-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that an unknown actor(s) removed the shipping label from their delivered package and placed it on the wrong package. This incident is currently under investigation. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the report.

On Monday, January 25, 2021, at approximately 8:42pm, Patrolman Jeremy Slad conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tennent Road for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, Starasia Battle, a 19-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Irvington, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the East Orange Municipal Court in the amount of $750.00. Ms. Battle was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after
posting bail. Patrolman Jeremy Slad was the arresting officer.

On Saturday, January 23, 2021, at approximately 2:46pm, patrols responded to a gas station located on Gordons Corner Road in reference to a report of Theft. A representative of the gas station advised that a male subject received $180.39 worth of gasoline and paid with a credit card. After the subject left the gas station, it was later learned that the transaction was declined. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman Reginald Grant handled the report.

On Monday, January 25, 2021, at approximately 9:40 am, the victim, a 51-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that a known actor(s) has called and texted him numerous times regarding an ongoing issue. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano handled the report.

On Saturday, January 23, 2021, at approximately 9:51pm, Patrolman Jeremy Slad conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that a passenger, Adriano Torres, a 61-year-old male, married, employed as a carpenter and resident of South Amboy, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Newark Municipal Court in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Torres was arrested and
transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeremy Slad was the arresting officer.

On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at approximately 4:15 pm, the victim, a 35-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that she purchased multiple gaming consoles utilizing a mobile payment service and subsequently learned that the payment service was fraudulent. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman Charles Alaimo handled the report.
