Vehicle Fire Near Manalapan Middle School Closes Roads

MANALAPAN, NJ - The area around Manalapan-Englishtown Middle School was temporarily closed Friday evening due to a vehicle fire, authorities said.

Around 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, Manalapan police tweeted that the road between Main Street and/Woodward Road and Iron Ore Road was closed due to the fire.

Motorists were asked to plan an alternative route.

Millhurst Road reopened around 8:30 p.m., according to the police department.
