My husband & I will be going out with a realtor tomorrow to look at homes in Manalapan. We are looking at the Four Season in Manalapan & ranches in Monmouth Heights. What are these areas like? We are coming from Essex County & are looking to downsize. Do most homes in this area require flood insurance? Is there any radon situations? Anything we should know about before moving to the area?
