Belmar To Host 2022 Seafood Festival: Here’s When
If you're seeking to try local seafood eats at the Jersey Shore, mark your calendars now.

BELMAR, NJ - Seafood lovers, rejoice.
New Jerseyans who love seafood can mark their calendars for the annual New Jersey Seafood Festival this spring, set to be held this year in Belmar’s Pyanoe Plaza. The festivities will take place May 20 through 22 and feature favorites from coconut shrimp, gumbo, jambalaya, lobster rolls and more.
Non-seafood offerings include the likes of fried Oreos, ice cream, hush puppies, street corn and more. Festival admission is free with food and drink available for purchase.

May 20: 4 to 8 p.m.
May 21: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
May 22: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“We decided to move the festival to Main Street in 2019 and it was so successful for our businesses that we are keeping it there,” said Mayor Mark Walsifer in a statement. “One plus is no busy streets have to be closed. In our promotion of this event, we encouraged visitors to come by train and many did. It keeps getting better every year.”
