Belmar Police Bust Lake Como Man On 19 Drug Charges
A 46-year-old man was busted on 19 drug charges this past week, according to police.

A 46-year-old man was busted on 19 drug charges this past week, according to police.
Preston Dodge, 46, of Belmont Avenue, was arrested at his home Thursday and charged with distribution of crystal methamphetamine over half an ounce, distribution of crack cocaine over half an ounce and distribution of CBD oils over an ounce, according to police.
Dodge was also busted on charges of distribution of Xanax, distribution of marijuana over 50 grams, possession of anabolic steroids, possession of suboxone, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.

These narcotic offenses occurred within a school zone and Dodge was charged accordingly with those offenses as well, police said.
Dodge's charges were placed on a criminal warrant and he was sent to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in lieu of bail.
