Waves will be around three feet, with southeast swells around two feet. The water temperature is 74 degrees.
There's a low risk of rip currents, but strong currents can still occur near piers and jetties and other areas, especially during low tide. Swim only in guarded areas and discuss any possible surf zone areas with the guards.

The lightning threat is low today, which means there is little chance on thunderstorms. The UV index is a 9, which the NWS considers very high. Don't forget the sunscreen.
High tide at Belmar was at 4:35 a.m. Low tide will roll in at 10:41 a.m., followed by another high tide at 5:01 p.m.
