MANASQUAN, NJ - A new CVS Pharmacy is in the works in Manasquan, according to planning board documents.

According to the April 5 agenda for the Manasquan Planning Board/Zoning Board of Adjustment, CVS Pharmacy has entered into a lease with Levin Management Corporation, which manages the site at 71 Taylor Avenue.

Applicant Manasquan Holdings, LLC (also the landowner of the property) is proposing to renovate the former Acme Food Market on the site to accommodate the one-story CVS Pharmacy with a drive-thru window, per planning board documents.

The applicant will go before the planning board on April 5 to highlight the proposed renovations and present testimony from CVS representatives to discuss “the type of produce line that is anticipated for this ‘shore/beach community store.”

There’s already one Manasquan CVS location. That’s located at 233 East Main Street.
