Dr. Donald A. Cook Of Manasquan Dies At 80
A memorial service for the Brielle chiropractor will be held on July 6.

Donald “Doc” Cook of Manasquan, 80, passed away on June 26, 2015 at Alcoeur Gardens, Brick.
Donald was born in Long Branch on Sept. 17,1934, son of Antrim and Lena Cook. Donald was a graduate of Freehold High School. He then continued his education at Upper Iowa University, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He then went on to Columbia Institute of Chiropractic where he received his Dr. of Chiropractic Degree.
Donald’s life employment was a health and physical education teacher in the Brick Township schools, along with being a dedicated chiropractor in Brielle.
During his summers while going to school, he was a life guard at Main Beach in Manasquan.
Donald eventually settled in Brielle to raise his family. Donald is survived by his loving children: Dan Cook and his wife Kim of Manasquan, Connie Clarke and her husband Bruce of Brick and Linda Cook, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, also his grandchildren Matthew, Adam and Abby Cook.
He will be greatly missed.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to Celebrate the life of Donald Cook at the Church in Brielle, 821 Riverview Dr. Brielle at 10 a.m. on Monday July 6 at 10 am.
