DWI Checkpoint Friday Night In Neptune Township
Heads up: The checkpoint will run from 9 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Saturday on Rt. 33/Jumping Brook Road.
NEPTUNE, NJ — There will be a DWI checkpoint in Neptune Township this Friday night, Nov. 11, announced the Monmouth County DWI Task Force.
The checkpoint will run from 9 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Saturday on Rt. 33/Jumping Brook Road.
All westbound vehicles on Rt. 33 will be diverted into the Jumping Brook Plaza, for the checkpoint.

Members of the Neptune Twp Police Department will work alongside Task Force members during this checkpoint.
Allenhurst Police Chief Michael Schneider is the Monmouth County DWI Task Force Coordinator.

He said the task force usually ends the checkpoints after Labor Day, but has had requests from multiple Monmouth County towns to continue them into the autumn. He said this should be the last one for 2022.
