Fallen Heroes Memorial 5K Race

There are 2 weeks till the 10th Annual Fallen Heroes 5K Run at Bar Anticipation in Lake Como on Saturday September 8th at 9:30. Please help us celebrate our 10th year with our biggest turn out ever!. We will have special pullover wind shirts for sale that day! We will have Nike Factory Stores running a soccer clinic for kids in the sand alongside bar A as well many giveaways, La Yogurt supplying free yogurt to all runners, Free coupons,etc in your runners bags, massages and physical therapists available before and after the race, bagels, fruit and water, kids races, World Chrysler/ Jeep showing one of there top model cars and finally children's books and other types donated by JK Golden Book Distributor. After the race we will have our awards, barbecue and ceremony and remembrance of all those who perished on 9/11 and then the celebration of their lives! Also remember this is the second leg of the Triple Crown of races with the Jimmy D 5k on Sunday Sept 2nd the first leg and then finishing with the Carlos Negron run on October 7th in Jersey City!

If you need applications just call the FMBA Office at 732-499-9250 and we gladly send them to you. There are many type of teams that can be entered. We have Firefighters, Police Officers, EMS, Open Division, Lifeguards. If you need a team application please call the office. Please don't wait till September 8th to register your team. It makes it difficult for the timer to enter them properly.
