“2012 OPEN REGISTRATION” All Players and Cheerleaders
DATE: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25th, 2012
TIME: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
AGE: Boys and Girls 5 to 15 years of age as of July 31ST, 2012
LOCATION: Belmar Recreation Center, Main Street, Belmar
FEE: **$250/First Child-$250/Second Child ~with $600 cap per Family
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NEW REGISTRATION:
**Original Birth Certificate and a copy we can keep
**Football Players must be present to Weigh-In
Players and Cheerleaders who participated last year need no documentation but players must weigh-in and parents must complete the NEW registration form.
New for 2012…
Restricted and Unlimited weight teams…..Tiny Mites for players ages 5-7 from 35-75 lbs…. Unlimited weight division for all players ages 11 – 14 weighing a minimum of 105 lbs, no max.
