YogaCore is a hybrid yoga-fitness program designed to strengthen and stretch the core muscles of the body, including the abdominals, the back muscles, and the hip/pelvic muscles – where the body’s center of gravity is located. By using the Core Ball, and innovative sequencing for strengthening, stabilizing, and healing workouts, students learn how a strong core center is the foundation of a hatha yoga practice. Traditional asanas are linked together to form flowing sequences designed for core conditioning. The result is a strong and flexible back, abdominal wall, and gluteal region!
