If Passed, New Bill Could Mean Serious Savings On Gym Memberships & Trainings

Sign a simple petition to let our state representatives know that you support the PHIT Bill #PassPHIT

On March 1st, the PHIT Act, the fitness industry's top legislative priority, was introduced in Congress. The PHIT Act, if passed, would expand the definition of a medical expense to include physical activity and allow consumers to use pre-tax accounts like Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Savings Accounts to pay for qualified fitness expenses, which could include gym memberships and sports & training expenses. If passed, the PHIT Act could potentially save individuals and families up to 20-30% on these fitness and wellness expenses. This bill is so important in helping to introduce regular exercise into the daily routines of both adults and children as a means to prevent illness and obesity.

The Atlantic Club firmly believes that exercise is medicine and that you, our community, should be rewarded in your efforts to achieve a healthy lifestyle through preventative fitness & wellness activities. Tell our representatives you want to #PassPHIT by signing this simple petition. It takes just a minute of your time and could mean significant savings for you and your family.
