Local Surfers Featured in Hurricane Sandy Documentary

Transitions Productions' 23-minute documentary "East Coast Rising" features local surfers such as Sam Hammer explaining the before, during and after effects of Hurricane Sandy.

A look at the devastation, interruption, emergency and continued rebuilding of the storm, through the eyes of the Jersey Shore surf community, is the purpose behind the short film.
