We also offer more than 40 transfer agreements with leading four-year colleges and universities from Paris to New Jersey and beyond, guaranteeing qualified students junior-year status. Several agreements even provide three-plus-one pathways so your junior year can be completed at Brookdale for significant savings. Here is the latest update on the Manasquan Public School District Referendum projects:<ul><li>Overall Referendum Budget of $12,033,754 (includes 25 percent "soft costs")</li><li>$3,886,754 for improvements to Elementary School</li><li>$8,147,000 for renovations and additions to High School</li><li>Sod placement completed 11/2/18</li><li>Contractor has provided as-built survey; engineer to perform final punchlist inspection</li><li>NRCM recommends credit change order for ($19,133.03) (remaining amount of unsuitable soils allowance)</li><li>HS Renovations and Additions:</li><li>Contract awarded to Kappa Construction Corp for $6,936,500.00</li><li>Project includes 13,097 square foot addition</li><li>Mansard roof framing and decking is complete; shingle installation is underway</li><li>All HVAC equipment has been started; dehumidification coil for addition installed</li><li>Toilet rooms complete</li></ul>Manasquan photo
