Manasquan Releases Beach Badge, Parking Pass Sales Information

Manasquan has released information on its 2020 beach badges and parking passes.

MANASQUAN – Manasquan has released information on its 2020 beach badges and parking passes.

All purchasers of 2020 beach badges and parking passes are strongly encouraged to create a community pass account prior to the below sale dates. Please register any/all family members who require a badge (age 12 and up) or if they're interested in a parking pass, officials say.

Walk-up parking pass sales are on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last. Multiple passes can be purchased on walk-up sale dates so long as proper vehicle registration(s) is produced.

An original, photocopy or photograph of the vehicle registration must be presented at time of purchase/time of pick up. No exceptions.

Due to the expected long lines on the first day of sales, the office was relocated to the St. Denis gymnasium at 90 Union Ave. (Route 71) on Monday, December 9 from 10 a.m . to 2 p.m.

That was the only day of sales at St. Denis.

On Tuesday, December 10th through Sunday, December 15th: Sales will take place at the Manasquan Beach Department office located at 205 Beach Front, Manasquan (next to Gee Gee’s): 732-223-2514.

Parking passes (while supplies last) and beach badges will be sold during all of the above times and dates. Save time and create a community pass account and make your purchase online prior to pickup.

Gift certificates will not be offered. The Manasquan Beach Department has an unlimited amount of beach badges for all ages.

A limited amount of parking passes will be available for purchase online starting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, December 4th via community pass. Please visit the website at www.manasquan-nj.gov and click on “community pass” to register. Purchasers will need an account in order to purchase parking passes (and beach badges) online.

Community pass parking pass pick up dates and times:

Parking passes purchased on December 4th by way of community pass will be available for pickup beginning on Thursday, December 12th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the beach office. You may also pick up any beach badges that were ordered at this time as well.

2019 pre-season prices: Get them early as prices may increase after January 1st:

  • Adults (ages 17-64) $80.00
  • Juniors (12-16 years old- PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED) $35.00
  • Seniors (65 and over- PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED) $25.00
  • Parking passes (while supplies last) $85.00

Active military and their families can access the Manasquan beach free of charge (proper ID required). Simply show valid military ID to any badge checker when you visit Manasquan beach.

Military veterans (not families) are free, too. (proper ID required).

Important information regarding parking passes:

*Vehicle registration required for parking passes

*No gift certificates will be available for parking passes

*Anyone who was not fortunate enough to purchase a parking pass during the December sales will have another opportunity during the April sales. Dates will be announced in March 2020.
