
The Manasquan High School boys soccer team, after qualifying for the 2019 Shore Conference Tournament by what The Asbury Park Press called "the skin of its teeth," made it to the final.
And the team put on a show, even though the Manasquan squad ultimately lost to Freehold Township.

Manasquan overcame a lot to get to the final.
After conceding a penalty kick late in the SCT semifinals to tie the score at one, the 15th-seeded Warriors battled past sixth-seeded Christian Brothers Academy 4-2 on penalty kicks, according to The Press.
