The Manasquan Board of Education voted 7-2 last week to grant authority to form a drug-testing committee, and for the school’s administration to reopen the suspended, controversial random drug testing policy for review.
School administrations are selecting a committee to discuss random drug testing at Manasquan High School, according to The Coast Star.
The Coast Star quoted board member Patricia Walsh as saying that a vote against forming the committee was a vote against random drug testing.
