SEA GIRT, NJ — A new Middle Eastern restaurant will open Wednesday (April 15) at the Brook 35 shopping plaza in Sea Girt.
The restaurant is called NAYA and it describes itself as fast-casual Middle Eastern restaurant. Similar to Cava, they sell fully customizable bowls, salads and wraps (they call them "rolls"). Guests can craft their own orders with a variety of proteins, grains and a variety of 17 toppings, including falafel, chicken and braised beef shawarma. They also sell appetizers, dips and sweets.
