$1,400 In Cocaine Seized, 4 Charged In Manchester Drug Bust: Police
Police also found a container of suspected urine in the car, police said; one person was charged with attempting to defraud a drug test.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Four Ocean County residents are facing drug charges after Manchester police conducting surveillance near a local campground found $1,400 worth of cocaine and a container of urine in their car, police said.
Nicholas Jandik, 36, of Manahawkin; Lindsey Stecz, 29, of Bayville; Tiffany Dannecker, 29, of Brick, and Silvano Francis, 32, of Toms River all were arrested Friday, Manchester Capt. Todd Malland said.
Members of the Manchester Township Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team were conducting surveillance in the area of the Surf & Stream Campground on Route 571 as a result of numerous complaints about drug activity, Malland said.

Officers saw a car leave the campground and watched it go to a nearby location where a suspected drug transaction took place, Malland said. Police then stopped the car on Route 571 near Ridgeway Boulevard as a result, he said.
The officers investigating at the scene saw drug paraphernalia inside the car, he said. A search of the vehicle turned up various pieces of drug paraphernalia, a container of suspected urine, and 27.4 grams of cocaine, which had an estimated street value of $1,400, Malland said.

Jandik, the driver of the 2005 Nissan Altima, was charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. He was later released on criminal summonses, Malland said.
Stecz was charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, and defrauding a drug test, he said.
Dannecker and Silvano each were charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine, and Silvano also was found to have an outstanding $350 warrant out of Point Pleasant Borough, Malland said.
Stecz, Dannecker and Silvano all were released on criminal summonses from the Manchester charges and Silvano posted bail for the Point Pleasant Borough warrant, he said.
The 2005 Nissan Altima was seized during the investigation and is pending forfeiture. Assisting in the investigation were members of the department’s Patrol Bureau and K9 Unit, Malland said.
