150 Heroin Doses Seized In Manchester Bust: Police
Police stopped a car as a result of surveillance efforts and arrested the passenger, who planned to sell the drug in Manchester, they said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Authorities seized 150 doses of heroin and arrested a Trenton man following a traffic stop in Manchester on Wednesday, police said.
Darryl Milton Jr., 23, of Wayne Avenue in Trenton, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. as a result of a surveillance operation, Manchester Lt. Vincent Manco said.
The police department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted a traffic stop on the 2000 Acura TL in which Milton was the front seat passenger on Green Acres Road in the Holly Oaks section of Manchester. During the stop and investigation, Milton was found to be in possession of heroin, Manco said. The investigation revealed that it was Milton’s intention to distribute the heroin in the Ocean County area, he said.

Milton was charged with distribution of heroin, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a criminal summons pending court, Manco said.
Manchester Police K-9 Officer Marc Micciulla and his K-9 partner, Storm assisted with the investigation along with members of the department’s patrol bureau and detective bureau.
