- WINNER: James A. Vaccaro Sr., 10,042, 20.18 percent
- WINNER: Sam F. Fusaro Jr., 9,241, 18.57 percent
- WINNER: Charles L. Frattini Sr., 8,667, 17.42 percent
- Felicia Maria Finn, 7,553,15.18 percent
- William R. Foor, 6,892, 13.85 percent
- Anne M. Markovski, 7,332, 14.73 percent
The Manchester Township Board of Education has two, three-year terms.
The candidates:
- WINNER: Jackie Bermudez, 7,561
- James Kenneth Pate, 4,600
- WINNER: Patrick Barry, 8,397
