4 Charged In Break-In At Heritage Minerals Site: Manchester PD
A 20-year-old from Manchester and three juveniles from Toms River are accused of causing about $1,000 in damage.

MANCHESTER, NJ — A 20-year-old Manchester resident and three Toms River juveniles have been arrested in a break-in at a building at the Heritage Minerals property, Manchester police said.
Jasmine Rodriguez, 20, of Manchester, and three male juveniles from Toms River have been charged with criminal trespass, and two of the males additionally were charged with criminal mischief, Manchester Lt. Vincent Manco said. Rodriguez was arrested Oct. 20, and the three juveniles were arrested Oct. 22 and Oct. 23.
Manco said police were notified on Oct. 17 by a property manager who saw the incident in real-time on their video surveillance camera system. By the time police arrived the four had left the scene, but not before they were able to break into the building. Manco said the four are accused of causing about $1,000 in damage.

Patroman Michael O’Hara and members of the investigations bureau followed up and shared video from surveillance cameras on the site with the public via social media, which produced several tips, Manco said.
"The community’s assistance with this case played a significant role in identifying the individuals responsible," Manco said.

"This case was brought to a successful conclusion because of the sharing of information that took place between the Manchester Police Department and our community.
