9 Candidates Seek 3 Seats On Manchester School Board
Three seats are up for election in November for the Manchester Township Board of Education.
MANCHESTER, NJ — Nine people have filed petitions seeking election to the Manchester Township Board of Education in 2023.
Three seats are up for election on the November ballot. Each seat is a three-year term. School board members do not receive a salary to serve.
Incumbent Ken Pate is not seeking re-election to his seat. Pate currently serves as board president and has served on the board for more than 20 years across two stints.

Seeking re-election are Laura Wingler and Gina Georgiano.
Wingler is running with Timothy Poss and Gloria E. Adkinson under the slogan "Putting Kids First."

Georgiano is running with Bozena Czekalski under the slogan "Better For Manchester."
Samuel M. Carollo is running a solo campaign under the slogan "Students First - Always!"
Samuel Schiff, Chaim M. Tarkieltaub and Joseph M. Friedman are running together under the slogan "Education for All."
