Agenda: Closed Session Kicks Off Monday Township Council Meeting
Meeting will begin with a closed session at 5:30 p.m.

A closed session at 5:30 p.m. will begin Township Council regular meeting Monday.
The public, open portion of the meeting is expected to begin at 6 p.m., the normal starting time, according to Deputy Municipal Clerk Jodi Pellicano.
The general nature of the closed session is listed as a "Bar ID Denial Hearing," according to the draft agenda for the Sept. 10 meeting which is posted on the township's website. The public will be made aware of the private session happenings within 60 days or when the need for confidentiality is no longer needed, the resolution states.

A resolution refunding almost $23,000 in property tax overpayments and resolutions authorizing service and rental agreements for police department software and a copier are also on the agenda. A Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator is also slated for approval.
