• Data Center Removed From Manchester Redevelopment Plan (patch.com) — Manchester residents packed the high school as the Township Council unanimously removed an artificial intelligence data center option from a key redevelopment plan off South Hope Chapel Road. While many praised the quick response to their concerns, they also pressed officials for stronger, explicit bans and clearer definitions, as the township attorney argued existing land-use rules already block data centers and noted that tighter controls may ultimately come from state-level regulations.
