MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing township man.
Dillon Popper, 31, was last in contact with a family member on Sept. 4, Manchester police said Wednesday.
Authorities believe he may be in Washington, DC, based on information from their investigation so far, police said.
Dillon is about 5-foot-10 and weighs about 170 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
"Please note that Dillon's hair may currently be shorter than depicted in the photograph," police said.
