Avoid Route 539 In Manchester Due To Crash: Police
Traffic is alternating on one lane of the road until further notice, authorities said.
MANCHESTER, NJ — Motorists are being urged to avoid Route 539 in Manchester due to a motor vehicle accident, police and the Ocean County Sheriff's Office said.
Manchester Township police issued a Nixle alert about the accident initially saying the road was closed, but the closure was rolled back to a single-lane closure with alternating traffic about 20 minutes later.
Motorists should expect delays on Route 539 in the area of Horicon Avenue, the alerts said.
