Bayville Man Arrested In Manchester On Burglary Warrant
Matthew Peteroy is being held in the Ocean County Jail, according to jail records.

A Berkeley Township man is being held in the Ocean County Jail on charges of theft and burglary after he was arrested in Manchester for the second time in three weeks, Manchester Township police said Wednesday.
Matthew Peteroy, 40, of Bayville, was arrested at police headquarters Aug., 16 on an outstanding warrant by Patrolman Keith Craig. On July 29, Peteroy was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant from Old Bridge, according to Manchester Township police blotter, which at the time listed his hometown as Butler.
He is being held in the county jail in lieu of $15,000 bail, according to jail records, on charged of theft by unlawful taking and burglary. Details on the incident that prompted the charges were not immediately available.
