Body Of Missing Ocean County Man, 51, Found: Police
The NJ State Police Aviation Unit found Erik Zakrzewski's body in a wooded area Thursday, said police.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Authorities are investigating after the body of a missing Manchester Township man was found in Lacey Township.
The body of Erik Zakrzewski, 51, was found in the woods in Lacey on Thursday, Manchester Township police said in a post on the department's Facebook page. He had been missing since Monday.
They did not say where in Lacey Township he was found. Lacey police, who will be leading the investigation into his death, have not publicly released any information as of 4:45 p.m. Friday.

Manchester police said Zakrzewski's body was located by the New Jersey State Police Aviation Unit and taken to Community Medical Center pending an autopsy.
Police had asked for the public's help finding him on Wednesday.

Manchester PD Chief Robert Dolan acknowledged the New Jersey State Police, Ocean County Sheriff’s Office, Ocean Township Police Department, and the Lacey Township Police Department for their participation in the search.
