Tips to Spruce Up Your Home for Sale

There are 3 easy things you can do to spruce up before putting your home for sale.

The first is a tip from my sister who has sold numerous homes - spray a little alcohol on your bathroom faucets and rub with a soft cloth.  Quick, easy and they shine like magic. 

Number 2 - if you have glass shower doors that are hard to clean, use fabric softener sheets to clean the glass. Works great on water spots which we are plagued with here in NJ.   

Number 3 - Have an old ugly fence that has seen better days, but you don't want to replace it? Cover it with reed fencing which can be found in Lakewood. Your old fence will look like new.
