Building Department Hours Changing In Manchester
If you need in-person service, you'll have to come during the new hours. Some appointments can be scheduled for outside the new hours.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Building Department will have new hours starting Feb. 6, the township announced.
The new in-person hours will be from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., officials said.
All business related to the Building Department, including but not limited to permits, permit inspection scheduling, payment of permits, zoning, code enforcement, resale or rental certificate of occupancy payments, and inspection requests, will only be conducted during these hours, officials said.

However, if someone needs assistance outside those hours, it can be scheduled with the appropriate staff member directly.
Applications and submittals can still be dropped off in the "Red" Building Department drop box outside on the front steps of Town Hall.
