The Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus Presents Seva Acupressure for Stress Release

The program will help people affected by cancer control their stress

Stress levels can have a huge impact on health. The Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, is offering a free program - Seva Acupressure for Stress Release - to help people affected by cancer control their stress.

Led by Regina Rosenthal, PT, MA, this program will teach participants how to manage stress and boost resilience through an easy-to-use acupressure program for self-care.

This program will take place on Wednesday, May 17 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Cancer Support Community, 199 Prospect Street, Lakewood. Registration is required by calling 732-923-6090.

The Cancer Support Community offers supportive programs, education, and hope for individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis, no matter where treatment is received. Monthly programs include relaxation and guided imagery, yoga, mindfulness meditation, exercise for strength, support groups and much more.
