Celebrate Manchester Day As Summer Winds Down
The annual celebration of the founding of Manchester was rescheduled from June. There will be fireworks, music and fun.

MANCHESTER, NJ — It's Manchester Day, with the rescheduled celebration kicking off at Harry Wright Lake Park at 2 p.m. Saturday.
It was rescheduled from June, when thunderstorms washed out the entire weekend.
The family-friendly event at Harry Wright Lake, 1501 Lake Road in Whiting runs all day, concluding with fireworks at dusk.

It includes rides and games for children and adults to enjoy, demonstrations and prizes, as well as food and snacks from a wide variety of vendors.
There will be live entertainment, with Yacht Rock Gold and Steppin' Out scheduled to perform, and 100.1 WJRZ will provide music as well.
